Cakes of Art


Cakes of Art designed confectionery creations require a personal consultation. By appointment only, clients can review a portfolio and determine the right design for their occasion. Cakes, fillings and decorations are custom created to your needs, budget and the occasion.

Note: Minimum cake pricing starts at $110.00  ( US$ ) regardless of the size and complexity.

Yellow cake : $5.00 per portion
White cake : $5.00 per portion
Chocolate cake: $5.50 per portion
Other cake type examples : Jaconde, Carrot, White Chocolate $6.25 - $7.50 per portion

Icing
Rolled Fondant  $1.50 per portion additional
Flavored Butter crèmes $1.00 per portion additional

Flowers
Handmade gum paste flowers could add from $2.00 to $10.00 per portion based upon the complexity of the flower and the  quantity required or requested by the client.  The flowers require skilled, labor-intensive craftwork and are the most costly component.

Advance ordering is required.
We always try to accept your order. We encourage early ordering, since we custom make each item. We operate on a first come, first served basis and sometimes experience full capacity during peak seasonal periods. Early ordering is particularly critical with wedding cakes. The complexity of the design determines the advance time needed. These cakes will require a minimum of one month and can extend up to six months.

Payment
A 50% deposit will confirm your order, with the balance and delivery fee due one month in advance of delivery of wedding cakes, and two weeks prior to delivery of all other products. Cakes of Art , does not accept Credit Cards.

Delivery
Delivery is available only in Middlesex county for $50.00. Cakes of Art will arrange for wedding and special occasion cakes to be delivered.
